Client Privacy The information you provide to World Park Foto Inc is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. World Park Foto Inc will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer. 

Non Client, Third Party contributions - we accept any and all third party contributions for information on a “in good faith” basis - without any payment whatsoever. Any submissions with violations contrary to law, community standards or of our choice, will be deleted without notice, and tracing data may be forwarded to Police.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Alberta without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
